The Process Technician Level I role is onsite in Greeneville, TN. Pay is $22–$30 per hour. Clayens US LLC manufactures products using injection molding. The technician sets up, starts, maintains, and troubleshoots injection molding processes to support quality products and on-time customer delivery. The role works with production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and tool-room teams to address equipment and process issues and improve performance.

What you'll do

• Maintain, set up, and start injection molding machines
• troubleshoot molding operations
• perform mold and color changes
• coordinate raw material availability
• monitor compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• support continuous improvement and scrap reduction
• document process conditions
• maintain a safe and organized work area
• collaborate with production and support teams.
