What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents, commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and joint venture agreements
• manage due diligence involving title, surveys, leases, corporate structure, and lien searches
• advise on transaction structures and collateral packages
• coordinate commercial finance closings
• support leasing matters as needed.
