What you'll do

• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals
• maintain a leadership presence in assigned homes
• ensure implementation of Individual Service Plans and behavior supports
• monitor compliance, documentation, and data collection
• support crisis response and safety
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and agency leadership
• provide on-call availability as needed.
