Program Facilitator

Job overview

The Program Facilitator role is onsite in Henning, TN. Pay is $25 per hour. GEO Reentry Services provides correctional and community reentry services, including evidence-based rehabilitation. The facilitator helps participants develop pro-social thinking and behaviors by delivering cognitive behavioral and evidence-based curricula. The role also supports participant engagement, program coordination, progress documentation, and, as appropriate, planning for release to the community.

What you'll do

• Deliver gender-responsive and trauma-informed curriculum-based group sessions
• use evidence-based practices to support participant engagement and motivation
• conduct program orientations and intakes
• maintain group rosters, attendance records, and progress documentation
• assist with release planning as appropriate
• coordinate participant program schedules.
