The Warehouse and Logistics Lead role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH. Compensation is $21.44–$23.48 per hour. The role supports Ditsch USA’s warehouse operations in a food manufacturing environment, helping products move safely and efficiently. The lead guides daily warehouse activities, supports team members, and maintains inventory accuracy across receiving, storage, and shipping. Coordination with production, transportation, and warehouse leadership helps maintain safe, accurate, and timely operations.

What you'll do

• Lead shipping, receiving, inventory, staging, and logistics activities
• use WMS/ERP systems to maintain transaction records
• assign tasks and coordinate dock activity
• support cycle counts, audits, FIFO rotation, labeling, and reconciliation
• coordinate with production and transportation
• inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance
• serve as a PIT/forklift trainer
• coach team members on safety and efficiency
• support onboarding, cross-training, food safety, and daily communication.
