Maintenance Technician, Residential Properties

The Maintenance Technician works onsite across properties in Chico and Paradise, CA, for $22–$25 per hour. The role supports Cambridge Real Estate Services’ management of multifamily housing, including affordable housing, conventional communities, and historic properties. The technician maintains property condition and appearance by completing repairs, preventive maintenance, apartment turnovers, and common-area upkeep. The position also responds to resident maintenance requests and participates in rotating after-hours on-call service.

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance requests and apartment turnovers
• respond to ongoing requests within 24-hour response guidelines
• participate in rotating after-hours on-call service
• maintain interior and exterior common areas, including parking lots, trash enclosures, laundry rooms, community centers, and carports
• pressure wash buildings and walkways
• attend company-sponsored training seminars.
