Primary Teaching Resident. The Primary Teaching Resident serves as an integral part of KIPP DC Public Schools teaching pipeline. The first year salary for this role is $52,000. This is a full-time, fully on-site role based in one of our Early Childhood or Elementary Schools with an anticipated start date of July 13, 2026.
