What you'll do

• Interpret court orders and set up garnishments with appropriate calculation codes
• maintain garnishment rules and employee order data, including start and stop dates
• process child support, student loan, wage assignment, bankruptcy, and tax levy orders
• submit court e-file documents when applicable
• respond to client inquiries and partner with account managers on resolutions
• validate orders against applicable laws
• communicate policy updates and compliance guidance
• protect confidential employee information.
