What you'll do

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, correspondence, and records
• prioritize requests and protect executive time
• research and prepare briefings, reports, and presentations
• coordinate board and committee agendas, materials, meetings, minutes, and action items
• manage sensitive projects and communications
• coordinate vendors and special events
• support hiring, onboarding, organization charts, Salesforce pipeline tracking, and administrative team activities
• liaise across teams and corporate departments.
