Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; compensation is not specified. Amplify Health provides integrated, whole-person health services and aims to deliver quality, compassionate primary care in response to community needs. The role supports the Facilities Management Team through maintenance coordination, records, inventory, vendor communication, and administrative work. It helps maintain safe, functional facilities and supports the department’s projects, inspections, and operational reporting.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors
• maintain records and reporting systems
• support facilities data analysis and departmental budgets
• coordinate hazardous waste removal, document destruction, and medical gas service
• maintain MSDS information
• manage inventory and audits
• update maintenance plans and building-system maps
• prepare bid requests and project files
• maintain contractor insurance certificates and departmental records
• support safety committees and training
• coordinate fleet vehicles, fuel records, inspections, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules
• provide shipping, receiving, and delivery services.
