Guest Services Agent, Resort

Job overview

The Guest Services Agent role is onsite in Saint Helena, SC. Compensation is approximately $17 per hour, including estimated commissions, with the opportunity to earn more based on sales performance. The role supports Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort’s goal of providing guests and members with a welcoming island experience. The agent serves as a point of contact for guest information, reservations, payments, and inquiries, while coordinating with other departments and maintaining the Guest Services area. Courteous, organized service helps guests access resort facilities and resolve concerns.

What you'll do

• Provide guest information
• take room and amenity reservations and promote resort facilities
• respond to inquiries and complaints
• verify guest and member information and amenity cards
• collect payments for reservations and rentals
• maintain area cleanliness
• answer phones and follow up on messages
• notify departments of issues
• open and close the department and prepare reports
• complete administrative duties and follow resort procedures.
