IT Support Coordinator

The IT Support Coordinator is an entry-level, onsite role in Hastings, MN, paying $21.04–$22 per hour. This is a winter seasonal position for 2026/2027 with full-time hours available. The role supports Vail Resorts employees and guests by maintaining and assisting with IT hardware, software, and point-of-sale systems at a resort location. The coordinator provides first-line user support, tracks and resolves tickets, and helps deploy and maintain technology across offices, outlets, and event sites. The role contributes to reliable resort operations and guest service by supporting users, documenting solutions, and maintaining approved equipment.

What you'll do

• Provide tier-one review and support for software and application issues, escalating as appropriate
• manage support tickets from start to finish using the work ticket system
• support deployment, relocation, and reinstallation of IT equipment
• assist users with workstations, peripherals, printers, telephones, time clocks, and point-of-sale systems
• configure, track, maintain, and dispose of approved technology
• create and maintain documentation
• participate in IT training and support improvements to user support and guest experience.
