What you'll do

• Assess patients, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care using evidence-based practice. Coordinate and document safe patient care with the interdisciplinary team
• partner with patients and families on care goals and education. Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, professional development, and nursing research. Plan care across the continuum and support efficient use of resources.

Why this role
