What you'll do

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge under Texas State Board of Pharmacy requirements
• ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• oversee daily workflow and staff
• supervise and train pharmacists and technicians
• maintain records and operating standards
• oversee controlled-substance inventory and security
• maintain policies and procedures
• ensure HIPAA compliance
• lead quality assurance and medication-error prevention
• coordinate inspections and regulatory inquiries
• oversee compounding compliance and drug-testing collection documentation and chain of custody.
