Property and Facilities Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain property appearance, cleanliness, safety, and grounds
• perform routine landscaping and building repairs
• inspect properties and identify maintenance or security concerns
• perform preventive maintenance
• coordinate specialized contractors
• assist with loading and unloading shipments and warehouse organization
• operate forklifts when authorized
• monitor security cameras and secure access points
• report hazards and maintenance issues.
