What you'll do

• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs
• maintain grounds, parking areas, and exterior spaces
• respond to maintenance requests
• inspect for hazards and repair needs
• move furniture, equipment, and supplies
• maintain tools and work areas
• assist factory maintenance staff with repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment setup, breakdown, and minor troubleshooting
• follow factory safety procedures.
