What you'll do

• Assist with admissions, orientations, and discharges
• monitor daily activities and house-rule compliance
• track attendance at treatment, recovery meetings, employment, and scheduled activities
• conduct rounds and document observations
• address behavioral concerns
• coordinate with counselors, case managers, and providers
• respond to emergencies and policy violations according to agency procedures
• complete documentation and incident reports.
