The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care. This role involves coordinating care, resident assessment, and education.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, and provide resident education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
