Fall Cleanup Crew — First Shift

Job overview

The Fall Cleanup Crew role is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 7 or 8 AM and ending at 4:30 or 5 PM, until work is finished. Some Saturdays are required; there is no Sunday work. Pay is $20 per hour. The crew serves residential and commercial properties in the Grand Rapids area. The crew removes seasonal leaves and debris and completes site cleanup using leaf vacuums, rakes, tarps, and hand tools. Team members follow safety procedures, operate equipment, and help prepare sites and load or unload materials.

What you'll do

• Assist with seasonal yard cleanup using leaf vacuums, rakes, tarps, and hand tools
• collect, haul, and dispose of leaves and debris
• maintain safe and efficient work practices
• support site preparation and end-of-day cleanup
• operate leaf vacuum equipment and assist with loading and unloading
• report hazards or equipment concerns.
