What you'll do

• Provide customer service in person, by email, and by phone
• answer calls and questions
• respond to emails
• process sales and retail transactions
• greet and check in clients
• sell memberships and class packages
• use the AXLE client relationship management system to facilitate sales
• maintain a clean and organized studio
• restock retail inventory
• assist instructors with opening and closing duties
• work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
