What you'll do

• Advise banks, financial institutions, developers, borrowers, and other clients on commercial lending
• draft, review, negotiate, and manage loan documents and financing agreements
• handle real estate, asset-based, construction, and land-development financing
• review due diligence
• advise on transaction structure and execution
• coordinate with clients, lenders, borrowers, opposing counsel, and other professionals
• manage multiple transactions and deadlines
• contribute to commercial banking practice growth.
