Powerback Rehabilitation is a leader in physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies. This role exists to help patients get well by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence.

What you'll do

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities
• Follow developed recovery plans
• Deliver therapy treatments
• Address the whole patient and see them as an individual
• Execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence
• Be adaptable to the needs of the patient
• Collaborate with peers
• Make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive
• Put patients first
• Ensure patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

What we're looking for

Education

Associate's Degree

Experience

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program; Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy; Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
