What you'll do
- Represent clients in professional liability litigation from pre-trial through post-trial
- draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation
- and advise clients on professional liability and business litigation matters.
