The Director of Customer Success role is onsite in Mendon, UT. Compensation is $136,000–$187,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage, recruit, mentor, and develop Project Managers
• establish delivery and relationship-management standards
• serve as escalation point for high-stakes issues and at-risk accounts
• own executive relationships with key customers
• advise customers on adoption of autonomous solutions
• identify partnership and development opportunities
• support renewals, statements of work, and account expansion
• oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and reviews
• coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Operations
• contribute to proposals and onboarding frameworks
• track customer success metrics and provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
