What you'll do

• Manage pharmacy distributive services and daily operations
• facilitate drug utilization initiatives and integrate clinical pharmacy programs
• oversee pharmacy information systems
• advance medication safety and regulatory compliance
• directly manage pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• support staff competency, customer service, standardized workflows, and process improvement
• provide hands-on leadership
• serve as Pharmacist in Charge under state Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree and an active Pharmacist (RPh) license in the state of employment. Six to eight years of technical experience and two to five years of leadership or management experience are preferred. Schedule is to be determined.
