What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor Patient Care Technicians and direct daily patient care
• coordinate workflow, staffing, and patient schedules
• perform and oversee hemodialysis care, assessments, monitoring, documentation, and medication administration
• monitor quality metrics and regulatory compliance
• respond to emergencies and communicate critical issues to clinical leadership
• educate patients and families about renal disease, dialysis, and related care
• support staff training, competency validation, care conferences, and quality initiatives
• float between facilities and travel to other locations as needed.
