What you'll do

• Provide resident, vendor, community partner, investor, and owner service
• support resident services and property appearance
• assist the Community Manager with occupancy and budget goals
• follow company procedures and LIHTC requirements, including household qualification, annual recertifications, and reporting
• assist with documentation, reporting, and daily accounting functions
• follow health and safety guidelines.
