Automation Support Service Engineer

What you'll do

• Respond to customer support requests and diagnose automation issues remotely
• program, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
• analyze user needs and develop programming plans
• test and validate changes, including FAT and SAT, startup, and commissioning
• identify upgrades and performance improvements
• support quotes and service contracts
• train clients
• maintain technical documentation
• and travel to customer sites for troubleshooting, commissioning, or emergency support.
