Caregiver / Personal Assistant — Ukiah Area

The Caregiver / Personal Assistant role is in person in client homes in the Calpella, CA area. Compensation is $16.90–$21.00 per hour. Your Home Assistant provides in-home support to families, seniors, and people recovering from surgery or illness. The caregiver provides individualized hands-on assistance with daily activities and household needs, while observing and reporting changes in clients’ conditions and responding responsibly to urgent situations.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• provide medication reminders and mobility assistance
• plan and prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and errands
• provide transportation to appointments, school pickups and drop-offs, and outings
• provide parental support and respite care
• observe and report changes in condition
• respond responsibly in urgent or emergency situations.
