What you'll do

• Greet and direct patients and visitors
• check patients in and out and verify or update information
• collect payments and advise patients about financial obligations
• coordinate physician schedules
• answer calls and return messages
• handle mail, fax paperwork, and medical records accurately
• keep the lobby neat
• communicate changes to patients when wait times increase.
