What you'll do

• Process and submit Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private insurance claims
• manage the full accounts receivable cycle
• monitor aging and follow up on balances
• investigate and appeal denied or underpaid claims
• post payments and adjustments
• reconcile resident accounts
• communicate about billing issues
• ensure billing compliance
• collaborate with facility and finance teams
• prepare and analyze receivables and reimbursement reports.
