Cook/Dietary Aide — Memory Care Community

Job overview

The Cook/Dietary Aide role is onsite in Apple Valley, California. Pay is $16.90–$18.50 per hour. The position serves residents and other patrons in the community dining rooms. The role supports the community by preparing and serving meals and beverages while maintaining food sanitation and kitchen safety. It also contributes to positive relationships with residents, families, associates, physicians, pharmacies, and other vendors.

What you'll do

• Cook and serve beverages and meals to dining-room patrons
• take meal and beverage orders
• collect orders from the kitchen, garnish meals, place them on trays, and serve with napkins and condiments
• follow food sanitation and kitchen safety rules
• maintain an appropriate work pace, attendance, and punctuality.
