What you'll do

• Lead BMS engineering activities including requirements, architecture, software implementation, hardware-in-the-loop testing, field testing, validation, and release management
• develop architecture and requirements with global teams
• manage software plans, milestones, budgets, and schedules
• mentor BMS software, hardware, and validation teams
• ensure integration with battery packs and external interfaces
• establish model-based development practices
• govern control algorithms and battery state estimation
• guide data and machine-learning models for failure prediction and battery performance
• support product commissioning internally or at customer sites.
