Job overview

What you'll do
- Welcome and escort patients
- prepare patients for providers and support clinic flow
- perform phlebotomy and laboratory procedures as directed
- perform and document injections and immunizations
- prepare and sterilize instruments
- assist with procedures, exams, and patient education
- answer and direct calls
- assist with prior authorization
- take vitals and prepare appointments
- maintain patient records
- perform federal and state preventive health screenings.
