What you'll do

• Lead, coach and develop Retail Leads and team members
• manage scheduling, labor planning and staffing
• execute category merchandising strategies
• maintain product placement, presentation and in-stock conditions
• oversee receiving, stocking, backstock, cycle counts and audits
• monitor inventory accuracy and high-value merchandise
• partner with Loss Prevention
• resolve escalated guest concerns
• manage labor, sales and inventory metrics
• support budgeting and cost control.
