Remote Insurance Follow-Up Representative (Medi-Cal)

The Remote Insurance Follow-Up Representative (Medi-Cal) role is fully remote. The listing location is Columbia, SC. Compensation is $16–$26 per hour. What you'll do

• Review accounts and follow up with Medi-Cal and other insurance payers on claim status
• research remittances and explanations of benefits
• gather and submit missing information
• rebill, submit corrected claims or appeals, and bill secondary claims
• request adjustments
• identify items requiring client assistance
• provide payer-trend feedback
• serve healthcare contract customers.
