What you'll do

• Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud, network, telecommunications, and collaboration platform operations
• manage reliability, security, availability, and recovery
• oversee software licensing, subscriptions, AI platform administration, and cost optimization
• serve as an escalation point for major incidents
• maintain continuity and disaster recovery capabilities
• manage roadmaps, projects, vendors, and service performance
• and lead and develop infrastructure, cloud, network, and voice teams. The role establishes on-call schedules and requires participation in on-call and after-hours support activities.
