What you'll do

• Set up and operate PEM machines for required fasteners
• upload and execute programs
• read blueprints to identify fastener types and quantities
• validate parts against customer specifications
• perform inventory and production counts
• maintain an organized workspace
• troubleshoot production problems and communicate with supervisors
• follow quality and shop expectations.
