• partner with management to uphold customer service policies
• stay current on health and food safety regulations and company procedures
• support inventory control, ordering, food quality, equipment maintenance, cleaning, accounting, and food preparation guides
• follow up on food service communications
• manage merchandising presentation and promote food service promotions
• help train and supervise staff.
