Low Voltage Estimator

The Low Voltage Estimator role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, supporting commercial projects. Salary is $80,000–$90,000 per year. Prime Partners’ communications contractor and integration team delivers enterprise network, telephony, wireless, video, and security solutions to clients nationwide. The estimator reviews project documents, determines scope, prepares labor and material estimates, and coordinates pricing and bids with clients, vendors, general contractors, and internal teams. Accurate estimates and change-order evaluations support effective project planning and bidding.

What you'll do

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and design documents
• perform quantity takeoffs and build cost estimates
• prepare bids and submit RFIs
• verify material, labor, and insurance costs
• coordinate scope and pricing with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors
• maintain bid records and documentation
• conduct site visits as needed
• source vendor pricing and explore value engineering
• evaluate change orders and update budgets.
