Maintenance Supervisor – Battery Assembly

The supervisor supports the Battery Assembly building in an automated automotive manufacturing plant. The role leads hourly UAW mechanics and electricians, directs repair priorities, and coordinates maintenance resources around production needs. By connecting Production and Maintenance and supporting repairs and improvement projects, the supervisor helps sustain plant operations and production requirements.

What you'll do

• Supervise hourly UAW skilled-trades employees, including mechanics and electricians
• direct daily machine-repair work and repair priorities
• organize manpower based on production needs
• coordinate electrician and mechanic availability
• support improvement projects
• order parts from the warehouse
• complete required documentation.
