What you'll do

• Build and run recruiting from sourcing through offer
• develop talent pipelines through schools, job boards, social media, community outreach, networks, referrals, and partnerships
• support onboarding, orientation, recognition, engagement, and communications
• use data to guide decisions
• apply AI, automation, and technology to streamline processes
• improve employee lifecycle practices
• partner with hiring managers.
