Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Review, enter, code, and process vendor invoices
• match invoices to purchase orders and receiving records
• verify quantities, pricing, terms, approvals, and documentation
• process check, ACH, and other payments
• maintain AP records
• research invoice and inventory discrepancies
• reconcile vendor statements
• communicate with vendors and internal departments
• support month-end activities, reports, and audit requests
• maintain vendor documentation.
