What you'll do

• Assist the lead teacher with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons
• provide individual and small-group instruction
• maintain classroom behavior standards and a clean classroom

• identify learning needs and collaborate with professional staff
• communicate expectations and progress to parents
• maintain confidential records and pertinent documentation
• participate in training, meetings, and Village of Promise family and community programs
• assist the lead teacher in all classroom activities.
