Customer Service Representative, Accounting Experience

What you'll do

• Assist customers by telephone, email, or fax with product availability
• enter customer orders
• send bills of lading and pick tickets to warehouses
• notify customers about back orders
• coordinate with purchasing and production on inventory and shipment needs
• track shipments and pickups
• update price books
• review pricing and generate invoices
• process credits, rebills, and returns
• coordinate with accounts receivable on delinquent accounts and customer discrepancies.
