What you'll do

• Greet walk-in customers and respond to phone and email inquiries
• recommend print and marketing products
• prepare quotes, enter orders, and process payments
• review files for print readiness
• follow up on orders
• resolve customer concerns
• assist with printing, cutting, trimming, binding, laminating, packaging, staging, supply replenishment, and quality checks.
