What you'll do

• Own Women’s Footwear sales, gross margin, inventory, and receipts planning
• lead and develop planners and analysts
• guide in-season financial management, open-to-buy forecasting, pricing, and demand-driven buying decisions
• develop product and seasonal planning context
• partner with Merchandising to optimize performance
• coordinate receipt forecasting and trigger dates with Production
• identify opportunities for continual improvement and innovation.
