What you'll do

• Prepare and bake cakes, cookies, pastries, tarts, and breads using established recipes
• create, assemble, and decorate desserts, including icing, sugar work, and plating
• maintain ingredient inventory and restock
• follow sanitation and health regulations
• measure ingredients carefully and ensure product quality and consistency
• assist pastry chefs and coordinate with kitchen staff on dessert service.
