• identify and correct billing errors or omissions

• train staff on billing data entry and reconciliation
• prepare Revenue Cycle reports
• support charging-system improvements
• maintain knowledge of coding and payer policies
• protect patient privacy
• and travel locally within the service delivery area as required.
