What you'll do

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors
• answer and direct calls
• respond to inquiries
• coordinate service requests and follow-up with maintenance
• schedule vendor services and facilitate access when needed
• manage parking assignments and vehicle placards
• support renewal communications
• coordinate resident events
• inspect and help maintain amenity and common areas
• coordinate resident transfers, inspections, and tours
• maintain records and provide administrative support.
